Struggling thanks to TOM

Today TOM has roared as full force plus a lot more. I hate what hcG does to my cycle...longer than usual, abnormal bloating-cramping, and heavier than usual...not to mention up and down on the scale daily. UGH...makes me just want to dive into some food for comfort, but I am not going to do that.
